Passport and ID card temporarily unavailable: what Ukrainians need to know.
Due to planned technical work to service the equipment of the Unified State Demographic Register (USDR), the issuance and processing of passport documents will be temporarily unavailable.
This was reported by the press service of the State Enterprise 'Document'.
The suspension of operations will last from 16:00 on December 13th to December 16th, 2024. The resumption of services will be announced additionally.
New tariffs for service packages
We remind you that earlier the State Enterprise 'Document' spoke about new tariffs for service packages 'Standard', which are effective from October 7, 2024. In particular, the processing of passport documents for Ukrainian citizens costs 650 hryvnias, migration documents for foreigners - 1250 hryvnias, the exchange of driver's licenses and vehicle registration certificates - 950 hryvnias each, and apostille - 650 hryvnias.
