The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court failed to start the review of the appeal of the defenders of Tetyana Krupa, the head of the Medical-Social Expert Commission of the Khmelnytsky region, suspected of illegal enrichment. This is already the third unsuccessful attempt by the judiciary to review the preventive measure in the form of detention, which was applied to Krupa by the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv at the beginning of October.
The reason – the materials of the criminal proceedings in Tetyana Krupa's case "stalled" in the Kyiv Court of Appeals. This is where the head of the MSEC's lawyer, Anzhelika Moiseyeva, sent another appeal for the review of the decision by the Pechersk District Court on her client's arrest.
