Resettlers in Vinnytsia Region Can Receive Financial Assistance for Housing Rent.
Ukrainian resettlers in the Vinnytsia region will be able to receive financial assistance for housing rent. This was reported by the Ministry for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine.
Assistance can be received by families of internally displaced persons who were forced to relocate after February 24, 2022, and have not yet received targeted financial assistance for housing rent from international organizations. As well as those belonging to one of the following categories of the population:
- IDPs living in temporary accommodation (TAC) that can afford private housing rent after the program expires.
- IDPs living in TAC under the threat of eviction (especially in schools and kindergartens).
- IDPs living in rented housing, under threat of eviction, and with no alternative other than relocating to TAC.
- Newly arrived IDPs (up to one year) who do not wish to live in TAC.
Candidates for the program must also meet at least one vulnerability criterion.
All target groups must be able to afford private housing rent at the end of the support period.
The household must also be able to find rental housing and pay the first two months for it.
If a positive decision is made after filling out the application, you will be invited for an interview, during which you will need to confirm the provided answers and demonstrate the relevant documents.
