Russian troops launched a missile and drone attack on Kyiv on the night of July 31, resulting in the deaths of 31 people. One of the missile strikes caused the collapse of an apartment building, where an entire family died.

This was reported by DSNS spokesperson Oleksandr Khorunzhyi during a comment for Novyny.LIVE. According to him, as a result of this attack, 31 people were killed, including 5 children, and others were injured.
