The head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Oleksandr Merezhko spoke about Ukraine's victory plan, which is based on international law and the UN Charter. He noted that this plan is a mechanism for achieving objectives, including security issues, the withdrawal of Russian occupation forces from Ukraine's territory, and the restoration of territorial integrity.
Merezhko noted that the United States and other allies of Ukraine are interested in having a clear victory plan. He emphasized the necessity of presenting the plan to allies aimed at supporting Ukraine, and also noted that adjustments and changes to the plan can be proposed by partners.
