The Russian Federation's Mobilization Plan for Occupied Territories Has Failed.

The Ukrainian Center for National Resistance reports that recruitment of the local population into the Russian armed forces continues in the temporarily occupied territories. This is a violation of international law. The occupiers themselves are agitating their supporters or using pressure on individuals whom they accuse of offenses. The enemy promises not to send people to the front line, but in reality, this is a lie.
«The situation is especially critical in the south of the country, in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, where mobilization plans have been disrupted by over 50%»
The Kremlin hoped to recruit 10,000 contractors from among the residents of the occupied territories by 2024, but even these methods have failed to help them achieve these plans.
The National Resistance Center calls for ignoring the enemy's initiatives and reporting on recruiters and the placement of headquarters of the Russian Armed Forces.
The war has been ongoing for 1058 days. Over the past day, there have been 118 combat clashes. Ukrainian defenders continually repel enemy attacks and strike back.
The enemy carried out one missile and 33 air strikes, as well as used 44 missiles and dropped 46 guided aerial bombs. Over 900 kamikaze drones have been used, and more than 4,400 shelling incidents have occurred targeting our troops and populated areas.
