Vitalii Danchuk, who was 59 years old, passed away on October 17, 2025, in the Chernihiv region due to heart disease. According to the information from the Rivne Regional Council, this tragic news was a great loss for many.

Throughout his service, he participated in combat operations in Afghanistan and Azerbaijan. Vitalii was born in Khmelnytskyi, and he gained his education at the Moscow Military School. After retiring, he returned to defend the country during the ATO.

According to his wife, Vitalii was always dedicated to his work and colleagues, calling them his great military family. Together, they loved fishing on weekends and during vacations.

The last farewell to Vitalii Danchuk took place on October 19 in Rivne. He found rest at the Heroes' Alley of the city, and his memory is cherished by his mother, brother, wife, and son.
