Popular vegetables continue to grow: how prices for cabbage, cucumbers, and tomatoes have changed.
Prices for the main salad vegetables have changed in November. Except for cabbage, which has become cheaper, prices for tomatoes and cucumbers have increased. This is evidenced by data from the Minfin portal.
In particular, as of November 7, the average price for young cabbage decreased from 62.72 UAH/kg to 58.37 UAH/kg. White cabbage can be purchased for 30.18 UAH/kg.
Prices for tomatoes have risen. The average price for red tomatoes increased from 90.63 UAH/kg to 102.20 UAH/kg. Pink tomatoes rose from 96.00 UAH/kg to 107.20 UAH/kg. The price for cream tomatoes is now 89.89 UAH/kg.
Prices for cucumbers have also risen. Cucumbers increased in price by 5 UAH and now cost 106.60 UAH/kg. Prices for different types of cucumbers have also increased: smooth cucumbers now cost 157.70 UAH/kg, long-fruited - 129.00 UAH/kg, prickly - 164.90 UAH/kg, and short-fruited - 134.90 UAH/kg.
