Suspicion against the Deputy Head of the TCC

According to ТСН: The Specialized Prosecutor's Office of Ivano-Frankivsk region has brought suspicion against the deputy head of the Territorial Center for Staff Recruitment (TCC) for brutally beating a conscript during a medical examination.

The man, along with other citizens, was sent to the hospital for a military-medical commission (VLC). After he refused to undergo a fluorography, the lieutenant colonel deliberately inflicted at least five blows to his groin area.

As a result of this incident, the victim received severe bodily injuries that required surgical intervention, including orchiectomy.

The deputy head of the TCC was informed of the suspicion under Article 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (exceeding authority under martial law, resulting in severe consequences). The court, based on the prosecutors' motion, chose a preventive measure for the suspect in the form of arrest without the right to bail.

Currently, an investigation is ongoing regarding the possible involvement of other individuals, including law enforcement officers, in these actions.

Separately, it was previously reported about the detention of a man from Rivne region who is undergoing rabies vaccination at the TCC. His relatives and doctors expressed concern about the disruption of the vaccination schedule and demanded the completion of vaccination.

This incident has caused a wave of indignation, as cases of exceeding authority by military personnel under martial law are becoming increasingly relevant. It is important for law enforcement agencies to conduct a proper investigation and take measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. The situation with vaccination also raises open questions about the organization of medical procedures in the TCC, which requires attention from the authorities.
