Legal experts clarify that the risk of mobilization hinges on whether the employer takes steps to renew the deferment. According to recent information, the summons was issued for February 19. This indicates that the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) intends to mobilize the individual if a new exemption is not entered into the system. This situation highlights the critical procedural steps required under Ukraine's current martial law.

Under the law, mobilization can proceed if a new exemption is not registered in the system. Deferments are granted to employees of critically important enterprises, and it is the employer's responsibility to ensure their workers' exemptions are renewed. Failure to report for duty after receiving a summons without a valid reason can lead to a fine, which currently ranges from 8,500 hryvnias.

Vladyslav Derii, a lawyer, emphasized: 'The fact that the summons was issued for 19.02 shows that the TRC is acting very precisely and intends to mobilize you if there is no new exemption in the system.'

This is a crucial point for citizens who receive summonses to consider. According to another lawyer, Yurii Aivazian, 'Everything depends on how quickly the TRC discovers the failure to report.' He also noted that in the event of non-appearance, only administrative liability under Article 210-1 of Ukraine's Code of Administrative Offenses is threatened.
