Ukrainian enterprises are obliged to inform the territorial recruitment center about information concerning their employees. For example, they may pass on summons or other documents.
In particular, lawyer Oleksandr Prokopeț reported that 'information to the TRC is submitted by the enterprise as part of the military accounting, which is mandatory for every enterprise in Ukraine'.
However, it is worth noting that some information, such as the results of the military medical commission, can also be submitted directly to the TRC. This more often pertains to situations where the enterprise fails to fulfill its obligations to provide this information.
