The city of Chasiv Yar in the Donetsk region was completely destroyed as a result of shelling by Russian forces. However, the invaders continue daily attacks with various types of weapons. Ukrainian soldiers from the 24th separate mechanized brigade showed what the city looks like after the destruction.

Russian occupiers use artillery, mortars, aviation, and drones, but Ukrainian fighters actively destroy enemy infantry and equipment, preventing them from breaking through to the Siverskyi Donets - Donbas canal line.
A representative of the 24th SMB noted that the enemy cannot break through to the eastern districts of Chasiv Yar, particularly Zhovtneve. The Russians are trying to cross the canal and capture the crossings, but Ukrainian military successfully repel these attempts. The battle for Chasiv Yar continues.
It is worth noting that despite all the danger, around 500 people still remain in Chasiv Yar. According to the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, there has been no clean water in the city for over a year.
Also, the Ukrainian Ground Forces showed how medics from the 24th separate mechanized brigade save the lives of Chasiv Yar's defenders.
