According to inkorr.com: A fire broke out in the Victoria Deluxe hotel in the center of Chernivtsi. The flames initially engulfed the utility building and warehouse, then spread to the wall of the hotel itself. Fortunately, no one was injured.
According to Myroslava Ivanchuk, the head of the press service of the regional State Emergency Service, firefighters were able to localize the fire, and reconnaissance is currently being conducted at the scene. The preliminary area of the fire was about 200 square meters.

Lviv also experienced an emergency situation: on August 4, a fire broke out in the 'Vlast' hotel on Kleparivska Street, as a result of which six people were injured. The cause of the fire was an explosion of an electric scooter battery.
The flames engulfed the eighth and ninth floors of the twelve-story complex, destroying the common corridor and entrances to 23 rooms.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in Chernivtsi and Lviv. This indicates the professional and timely work of the rescuers, who were able to quickly deal with the danger.
These events highlight the importance of the readiness of emergency services to respond quickly to crises. In both cases, the responsiveness of the rescuers helped avoid serious consequences, demonstrating their high professionalism and clear coordination of actions in difficult situations.
