Ukraine's air defense shoots down 74% of targets: how Syrsky assessed efficiency.
Effectiveness of Ukraine's Air Defense
According to inkorr.com: The air defense forces of Ukraine have demonstrated an impressive level of effectiveness of around 74%. This is despite the fact that the intensity of Russian attacks has increased by one and a half times. This was discussed in an interview with 'Glavkom' by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky.
Oleksandr Syrsky emphasized that the enemy has intensified the use of air assault means.
'And although our air defense shows effectiveness at around 74%, we need to make additional efforts to protect critical infrastructure and logistics,' he noted.
Successes in the DeepStrike Program
The Commander-in-Chief also reported significant losses that Russia is suffering in the war against Ukraine.
'We have made progress in the DeepStrike program. Last month, 70 strikes were conducted on Russian territory. We are destroying the production of fuel and lubricants, explosives, and other components of the Russian military-industrial complex. For example, oil processing in Russia has decreased by 21%,' he said.
This data on the effectiveness of air defense and achievements in the DeepStrike program indicate the readiness of Ukrainian forces to perform defense tasks for the country as well as to strike at the territory of the aggressor. In the face of a growing threat, it is important for Ukraine to continue strengthening its defense capabilities and countering enemy attacks.
