Cherkasy Court Dismissed Complaint of Beating by TCC Employees: Case Details.
The Cherkasy Appellate Court did not satisfy the complaint of the lawyer who claimed that TCC employees in Kaniv beat his client. The ruling of the district court remained in force, and this decision was confirmed by the appellate court.
According to the victim, the attack occurred in March 2025 during a document check on the street. The man sustained numerous injuries, including a concussion and a blow to the head. He reported it to the police, but the investigator did not enter the information into the investigation register within the specified time. The court found that the evidence of the victim's deteriorating health was not convincing, so the ruling remained unchanged.
The ruling of the Cherkasy Appellate Court confirmed the decision of the local court regarding the beating in Kaniv and rejected the appellate complaint of the applicant's lawyer.
