Mute Egede, the leader of Greenland, will meet with the Danish king in Copenhagen following the statement by the newly elected US President Donald Trump regarding the intention to annex the Arctic island to the United States. Trump, who will take office on January 20, did not rule out the possibility of using military or economic action on this issue.
