PrivatBank blocks business accounts during the war: 'Your problems'.
Problems of Ukrainian entrepreneurs with servicing at PrivatBank
A representative of a Ukrainian company shared their experience with the issues faced by businesses when working with PrivatBank due to technical difficulties. The enterprise attempted to update its data but was unable to submit an application due to malfunctions on the bank's website.
"We do not have enough people, and we cannot help you," was the response from the bank representatives to the request for unblocking the accounts.
After several attempts to submit documents and overcoming technical difficulties, the company faced the bank's demand to provide the Kyiv address of the new shareholder, despite the situation with rocket attacks forcing them to relocate.
This case reflects the problems faced by Ukrainian entrepreneurs during the war, when government institutions create obstacles instead of supporting the economy.
Let us remind you that earlier clients of PrivatBank suffered financial losses due to the 'eOselya' program.
