PrivatBank listened to its clients: what changes have been implemented in Privat24.
PrivatBank presented an update to the Privat24 mobile application
PrivatBank has introduced a significant update to the Privat24 mobile application, which has a new design and expanded features. This is reported by 'Khvylya', citing the bank's press service.
The updated application features a fresh logo, a new color scheme, and modern graphics. The interface has become more user-friendly - the display of information and card balances is clearer.
Among the new features are expanded capabilities for account replenishment: users can now top up their accounts using Apple Pay or Google Pay, using their own card, a card from another bank, or via IBAN.
There are also changes in the application navigation: access to cashback from the 'Privit' program and the 'Envelopes' service has become faster.
Emphasizing the importance of feedback for the further development of the product, the bank's press service stated: 'We are listening to your feedback, so more updates are coming.'
The developers paid special attention to the accessibility of the application, increasing font sizes and contrast. The bank encourages users to download the updated version, test it, and share their impressions.
Earlier, PrivatBank reduced fees for some transfers by 50%.
