PrivatBank and Credit Limit - How a Client Lost 17,000 UAH.
The National Financial Portal reported that PrivatBank reduced a client's credit limit by 17,000 UAH without any explanations, leading to a negative balance on her 'Universal' card.
The client said she had been working with PrivatBank since 2008. The bank systematically increased her credit limit, but at one point, it began to decrease it unilaterally. This time, the limit was reduced by 17,000 UAH, resulting in a negative balance on the client's card.
The Ukrainian tried to contact the bank manager but received advice to 'actively use the card, and then your limit will be reviewed.'

The bank did not respond to the client's complaint, but previously the institution explained that the credit limit is provided individually to each client and is reviewed regularly. It was also clarified in the past that many factors affect the establishment of the limit.
