Individual entrepreneurs of the first and second groups who have joined the military service are entitled to exemption from military tax payments. This applies to both contract soldiers and mobilized individuals.

Nuances regarding military tax payments after mobilization: the exemption for military servicemen entrepreneurs from military tax is provided by law. However, some soldiers may not be aware of this benefit and continue to pay the tax after mobilization.

According to information from the State Tax Service of Ukraine, servicemen are exempt from penalties and fines during their service. If a soldier has still paid the military tax, these amounts should be indicated in the declaration.

Paid amounts are not refunded or automatically credited for future payments. However, if the tax service cancels tax liabilities, the entrepreneur can demand a refund or use this money for future payments.

Legislation does not provide for deferment from conscription for entrepreneurs. However, some entrepreneurs may receive deferment from conscription under the conditions defined by law.

Earlier, the head of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy, Danilo Getmantsev, explained that tax debts for entrepreneurs who are in service may be written off.
