Sales of New Cars in Ukraine: An Unexpected Leader Named.
Ukrainian Automotive Market: Decline in Car Sales in November 2024
In November 2024, 5.2 thousand new passenger cars were registered in Ukraine, which is 3% less than last year. Consumer activity in the automotive market decreased by 10% compared to October.
Toyota remains the market leader, having sold 868 cars. Toyota's sales increased by 28% compared to October and by 2% compared to November 2023.
In second place is Renault, which sold 533 cars, 32% less than in October, but 39% more than in November of last year. The third leader is Skoda with 514 cars sold (an increase of 27% compared to October, but a decrease of 1% compared to last year).
The top five manufacturers also include Volkswagen (447 cars) and BMW (305 cars). The most popular car of the month was the Renault Duster crossover, with 511 units sold.
Since the beginning of 2024, 64 thousand new passenger cars have been registered in Ukraine, which is 17% more than the same period last year.
