Ten women from Ukraine successfully completed training in construction machinery management as part of the 'Iron Women' program.
The women obtained the qualifications of excavator operators and loader drivers. The program is implemented by the Reskilling Ukraine project in partnership with Volvo Group and ETS Group, with informational support from the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
About 85 women expressed a desire to participate in the 'Iron Women' program. For a month, participants mastered excavators and loaders in real work conditions, including the first electric front loader in Ukraine.
The training ended with a state exam, and all students successfully received the state qualification of excavator operators of the 5th category and loader drivers of the 4th category.
