The Contract 18-24 program has been expanded to all combat brigades.
Expansion of the 'Contract 18-24' program
According to inkorr.com: The 'Contract 18-24' program now covers all combat units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As noted by the Deputy Head of the President's Office, Colonel Pavlo Palisa, the program initially involved the selection of only a few brigades, but successful experiments allowed this initiative to be expanded.
“We continue to expand the 'Contract 18-24'. At the beginning, it was possible to choose only a few brigades, later the experiment was expanded, and now there is a decision to include all combat units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the program,” the message says.
Opportunities for youth
Colonel Palisa also noted that now every person aged 18 to 24 can choose any brigade to join: “Now everyone who wants to defend Ukraine at that age can choose any brigade. And all brigades will be able to recruit motivated youth into their ranks. The struggle continues!”
Duration of martial law
We remind you that the Verkhovna Rada has decided to extend martial law and mobilization in Ukraine for 90 days. Martial law will come into effect on November 5, 2025, and will last until February 3, 2026.
The expansion of the 'Contract 18-24' program opens up new opportunities for youth who aspire to serve in the military and protect Ukraine. This is an important initiative that strengthens the country's defense capability in the context of the escalating situation in eastern Ukraine. Covering all combat units can stimulate new personnel and attract youth who actively want to join the defense forces.
