Putin continues to pursue his goals in Ukraine - experts
Analysts from the Institute for the Study of War stated that Russia's goals in Ukraine remain unchanged. Putin himself described 'demilitarization' and 'denazification' of Ukraine as the key points of his invasion. They are aimed at destroying Ukraine's combat capability and replacing legitimate authority with pro-Russian puppets.
Vladimir Putin's assistant, Nikolai Patrushev, stated that Russia does not plan to retreat in favor of the occupied territories of Ukraine, even in future negotiations. This idea has been rejected.
Dmitry Rogozin, former head of Roscosmos, who now represents the Zaporizhia region in the Senate, also confirmed that Russia continues the 'denazification' of Ukraine and is eliminating the Russophobic worldview.
Putin's goal is the collapse of NATO and control over Ukraine. Experts see no signs that he will change his goals in future negotiations.
