Trump Receives Red Caviar from Russia: What is Known About the Delicacy Gift.
According to ТСН: The Russian side reported that U.S. President Donald Trump intends to try red caviar from the Khabarovsk region. This delicacy was allegedly presented to the American leader by chief U.S. negotiator Steve Witkoff.
According to Russian media, Witkoff offered Trump a product that is highly regarded in Russia.
“The red caviar, made in the Mykolaiv district at a fish factory in the village of Chnyrrah, was tasted by Witkoff at lunch in the Moscow restaurant 'Sava' before heading to negotiations with the Russian president. The treat made such a huge impression that the special envoy was presented with an entire box of caviar, which Witkoff took to Trump,” the Russians write.
Additionally, earlier Vladimir Putin expressed his opinion on Russia's nuclear weapons.
“The strategic nuclear forces of the Russian Federation will retain a primary role in deterring the aggressor and maintaining the balance of power in the world,” said Vladimir Putin.
This information highlights not only the gastronomic interests of the Presidents but also the tense international situation in the context of their negotiations. It is important to note that exchanging symbolic gifts may indicate an attempt to find common ground between countries, despite existing differences. Putin's opinion on nuclear weapons, expressed at the same time, only emphasizes the seriousness of the situation in which the global community finds itself.
