The head of the Russian special services, the FSB, has received the authority from Vladimir Putin to decide whether to allow foreign vessels into Russian ports. The Federal Security Service will also oversee the cooperation of Russian scientists with foreign entities.
This was reported by the Ukrainian Foreign Intelligence Service.
FSB Will Handle Foreign Vessels
In the Russian Federation, the dictatorship of the Federal Security Service (FSB) is growing.
Thus, Vladimir Putin signed a decree that expands the powers of the FSB. Now, foreign vessels will only be able to enter Russian ports with the permission of the Federal Security Service.

Furthermore, the FSB has been granted several other powers, including control over the cooperation of Russian scientific organizations with foreigners.
New prisons for dissenters will be built in Russia, which will be subordinate to the FSB system. There are also plans in Russia to 'criminalize' the search for 'forbidden' music.
Putin has granted additional powers to the FSB, expanding the agency's influence over various spheres of life in Russia, including control over incoming foreign vessels and the collaboration of Russian scientists with foreigners.Read also
