Putin's 'Peace Plan': How the Kremlin Tried to Deceive the USA and Ukraine.
According to ТСН: The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, made a decision that some consider a grand deceit in front of the whole world, presenting his demands as a 'peace plan' from the US President's administration with a clear deadline – by Thanksgiving Day.
The head of the Center for Drone Reconnaissance Support and the technology project Victory Drones, Maria Berlinska, believes that the 'peace plan' was actually written by Putin's advisors Kirill Dmitriev and Yuri Ushakov, who passed it on to the US President's special representative, Steve Witkoff.
“He doesn't even bother with a good translation, he just runs it through a makeshift Google Translate. Then the top officials of the USA claim that Ukraine must urgently sign it by Thanksgiving (November 27, 2025). Rubio confirms that the plan was developed in the USA. Our people with the Europeans urgently sit down to adjust this supposedly American (actually Russian) plan,” Berlinska recalled the course of events.
However, the expert noted that after the publication of the recording of the conversation between Dmitriev and Ushakov, which confirms the Russian origin of the plan, Washington's position changed dramatically, and the deadlines began to disappear.
“At the same time, journalists leak that Witkoff actually advises Putin through Ushakov on how to properly speak with Trump, from which side it's best to stroke his ego,” she recalled.
Berlinska also pointed out that 'half of the world's elites are running around explaining, rewriting, commenting,' while thousands of commentators online are calling to agree to any conditions for the sake of peace.
“While all this mouse bustle is going on, Putin simply watches the show that he himself started. And to all proposals, he laughs and replies: No, fools, it doesn't fit!” she concluded.
Furthermore, US President Donald Trump recently stated that he did not set deadlines for reaching a peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia.
Earlier, the Financial Times reported that the USA expects Ukraine to agree to the peace plan by November 27. Washington is working on an 'aggressive timeline' and hopes to sign the document by Thanksgiving Day.
According to Bloomberg, Witkoff advised Putin's Russian advisors. This information is confirmed by the transcript of the conversation between the politicians that took place in October. The American official provided recommendations to the Kremlin on how to offer a peace plan regarding Ukraine to US President Donald Trump through flattery, which preceded the emergence of the scandalous 'Trump peace plan' with 28 points.
In the situation of peace negotiations between Ukraine and Russia, it is evident how high political games complicate the search for compromises. It is important for all parties to continue the dialogue and seek ways to resolve the conflict without ultimatums and pressure, as peace in the region depends on the willingness to cooperate.
The events surrounding this 'peace plan' only highlight the complexity of contemporary politics, where every step is accompanied by a large number of information manipulations and strategies that can mislead even experienced observers.
