Attack on Kramatorsk July 31
On Thursday, July 31, Russian troops struck Kramatorsk, destroying a five-story building. One person died and 11 were injured, reported the head of the OVA Vadim Filashkin on Telegram.
Among the injured is a person in serious condition. Rescue services are currently working at the explosion site. Filashkin urged residents to evacuate the city to avoid similar tragedies.
Russia struck a building in Kyiv with a missile, resulting in the death of 11 people and injuries to 135.
