Russia can conduct massive attacks 2-3 times a month: what is known about new capabilities.
According to ТСН: Currently, the Russian Federation can carry out massive combined attacks using missiles and drones two to three times a month.
A military analyst reported this during a broadcast on Radio NV.
“Such shelling, as happened today, can be carried out approximately 2-3 times a month, using the missiles that they produce,” says Hetman.
The expert emphasized that the aggressor country has increased its production of air attack means, in particular, strike drones of the Shahed type.
According to the analyst, Ukrainian drones attacking deep behind enemy lines in Russia are proving to be more effective than the sanctions from the European Union and the USA.
“Our sanctions are strikes on refineries. Our drone forces have caused up to 20 billion in damage. We impose sanctions, but our sanctions are more effective,” he added.
Recall that at night, Russian troops carried out a combined strike on Ukraine, using missiles, including Kalibrs and Iskanders, as well as hundreds of drones. According to the information from the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 244 aerial targets were destroyed or suppressed by air defense.
Moreover, for the first time during the war, Russia used an Oreshnik missile against Lviv. The missile traveled on a ballistic trajectory at a speed of about 13 thousand km/h. Explosions in the regional center occurred just a few minutes after the air raid alert was announced. At that time, there was no information about possible targets in the region.
This situation confirms that the Russian army is changing its tactics by using new types of weapons. The escalation of attacks may indicate new challenges for Ukrainian defense that our country is facing. At the same time, Ukrainian drones continue to demonstrate their important role in countering aggression, maintaining significant capabilities for conducting combat operations deep into enemy territory.
