Russia increases its fleet in the Black Sea: there are already 5 missile carriers with Kalibrs in the water area.
During the day, Russia is gradually bringing more military ships into the Black Sea. Currently, 5 ships of the Russian Armed Forces armed with 'Kalibr' missiles have been introduced into the waters. This is reported by monitoring channels.
Today, the activity of two Russian missile carriers was recorded in the Black Sea, which carried out a total volley of up to 12 missiles. Later, another military ship of the Russian Federation appeared in the waters. Near the coast of Odesa, 5 Russian missile carriers have been noted with a total volley of up to 36 'Kalibrs'.
'Kalibr' missiles, which Russia uses for strikes against Ukraine, pose a serious threat. They can be launched from ships and submarines in the Black Sea and have a long range. In addition, 'Kalibrs' can be equipped with cluster munitions, which increases the area of effect. Their low flight altitude complicates interception by air defense systems.
The increase in the number of Russian military ships in the Black Sea, especially missile carriers with 'Kalibrs', creates a tense situation in the region, raising the threat to the security of Ukraine and other countries in the Black Sea basin. The presence of modern missile systems can affect stability in this region and lead to further armed conflict.
