State support for large foster families

Funds from the state budget were allocated for the purchase of housing for five large foster families for a total of over 30 million UAH.

It is worth noting that Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes due to the war have the opportunity to buy housing under the eOselya program, which can last up to 10 years. This applies to housing located in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions.

Recently, the initial payment for housing under the eOselya program can be a certificate of eVidnovlennya. In addition, starting from October 19, young people up to 25 years old will be able to obtain a mortgage with an initial payment of not 20%, but half – from 10%.

Earlier, it was reported that in less than two years of the eOselya subsidized lending program, 11,000 loans worth over 17.6 billion hryvnias were issued. At the same Time, almost half of the subsidized mortgages were issued this year.

The most sought-after real estate among borrowers is in the secondary market. 4,840 loans or 43% of their total number were issued in the first half of 2024. Scientists receive the largest average loan amount in 2024 – 1.83 million hryvnias, while teachers receive the smallest – 1.43 million hryvnias.
