On the night of October 19, the armed forces of the Russian Federation launched a massive attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in 11 civilians being injured. The main strike was aimed at the residential quarter of the city of Shakhtarsk in the Synelnykove district, where houses, cars, a shop, and an electricity pole were damaged.
