According to UATV: On January 24, 2023, Russian forces launched an assault on Kharkiv, deploying 25 attack drones. The strike, which lasted for two and a half hours, resulted in 31 people being wounded, including a pregnant woman and a child, and caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure. This attack is part of a wider pattern of strikes on Ukraine's second-largest city, which lies close to the Russian border.
The assault targeted multiple civilian sites, specifically:

Local sources reported that the attack shattered over a thousand windows across 10 different locations. More than 60 vehicles were also destroyed or damaged. Debris from an 'Iskander' missile was later identified at the scene.
Response from Local Authorities
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov stated that '25 'Shahed' drones hit multi-story and private residential buildings. There are casualties.'
According to the head of the regional state administration, Oleh Syniehubov, a 12-year-old boy was among the injured. Those hospitalized were reported to be in a condition of moderate severity. Medical aid has been provided to all victims, with the majority sustaining light injuries.
