According to UATV: Russian military forces launched drone and artillery attacks on the Kharkiv, Odesa, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, resulting in one fatality and seven injuries. Governor Oleksandr Hanja stated that the strikes damaged infrastructure and sowed panic among residents.
