According to UATV: On July 21, Russian forces launched multiple attacks on Kherson and its outskirts, killing a female employee of the Kherson Regional State Administration. Two other people were injured and hospitalized with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds.
The assault also hit the settlement of Zelenivka, where guided aerial bombs were deployed. These strikes damaged residential houses, outbuildings, and vehicles. Beyond Kherson, shelling also affected areas in Kharkiv and Chernihiv regions.
