'On the morning of October seventh, the Russians carried out another strike on Novhorod-Siverskyi. As a result of several strikes by 'Shahed' attack drones on a civilian facility, a fire broke out,' he stated.

The attack was aimed at an agricultural enterprise where grain was stored. Fortunately, no one was injured.
