Russia is increasingly switching to hybrid attacks on critical infrastructure in Europe, using arson, destruction of underwater cables, GPS interference, hacking attacks, and other methods. These attacks are no longer individual incidents, but a systematic campaign of the Kremlin aimed at reducing the resilience of Europe and supporting Ukraine. The situation is becoming so threatening that preventive measures against information attacks are becoming a key element of the security of the entire continent. For Ukraine, this takes on special significance, as the country's special services successfully thwart the enemy's diversionary actions and uncover Russian intelligence networks planning to carry out terrorist acts on its territory, with the aim of destabilizing the situation. The Center for Countering Disinformation emphasizes the necessity of joint actions against hybrid attacks to ensure the security of the entire continent. Continuous monitoring and timely response to such threats are becoming extremely important for maintaining stability.
