Russians attacked Kryvyi Rih with Shaheds: what is known about the consequences of the strike.
According to ТСН: In the evening of January 13, Russian invaders launched a large-scale attack on energy infrastructure facilities in Kryvyi Rih using strike drones.
Details of the attack
The head of the city, Oleksandr Vilkul, reported that the enemy again attacked important facilities with kamikaze drones.
“The enemy again carried out a massive attack with Shaheds on an infrastructure facility,” said Vilkul.
Consequences
Fortunately, there were no casualties as a result of the attack. According to the mayor, work is currently underway to restore the services, and municipal and emergency services are actively addressing the aftermath of the strike.
It was previously reported that Russian troops attacked not only Kryvyi Rih but also the Zelenodolsk community, using ballistic and unmanned systems.
Also, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, as a result of the night attack, about 100 thousand families were left without electricity.
This attack once again highlights the threat that Russia's aggression poses to Ukraine's energy security. Attacks on critical infrastructure cause significant harm both to residents and to the state as a whole. The restoration of damaged facilities will take some time, which may lead to disruptions in electricity supply for many regions.
