Attacks Across Ukrainian Regions
According to UATV: Russian military forces launched attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Kharkiv regions, inflicting severe damage to civilian infrastructure. These assaults have had serious consequences for local communities, resulting in multiple civilian casualties. This latest barrage is part of a sustained pattern of attacks on populated areas far from the front lines.
Extent of the Damage
In Kherson region, the shelling damaged 7 apartment buildings and 27 private houses, leaving four people wounded. Kharkiv region also saw civilian infrastructure hit, with two individuals injured in those attacks.
Dnipropetrovsk region suffered as well, where a multi-story residential building and a gas pipeline were damaged. Zaporizhzhia region endured the most intense bombardment, with occupying forces striking 32 settlements a total of 754 times. There, a 39-year-old woman was wounded, and authorities logged 49 separate reports of damage to homes and infrastructure.
The assaults employed drones, guided aerial bombs, and artillery, highlighting the scale of military operations that continue to disrupt the lives of civilians. The ongoing conflict has created a dire humanitarian situation, with local residents in urgent need of assistance.
