According to the information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russian troops carried out 52 airstrikes, during which they dropped 95 guided aerial bombs. Additionally, 1566 kamikaze drones were used and 3476 shellings of the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian settlements were carried out.

According to inkorr.com: As of September 18 at 22:00, 155 combat clashes were recorded at the front. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively resisting the enemy's offensive, trying to exhaust its combat potential.

In the Southern Slobozhansky direction

Enemy troops stormed the positions of Ukrainian soldiers eight times in the areas of Hlyboke, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, and Odradne; battles are ongoing.

In the Kupiansk direction

The aggressor carried out offensive actions towards the towns of Kupiansk, Novoosynove, Kindrashivka, and also towards Borova. Ukrainian soldiers successfully repelled five out of six attacks, one battle is still ongoing.
