Since the beginning of the day, the invader has carried out one missile strike and 46 air strikes, using one missile and dropping 82 guided bombs. In addition, 2229 kamikaze drones were involved, and 3730 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas were carried out.

According to inkorr.com: As of 22:00 on October 7, there have been 174 combat encounters reported. Ukrainian defenders are resolutely responding to the enemy's attempts to advance into the territory, inflicting fire damage on them. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Latest news from the front

The most intense situation is observed in the Pokrovsk and Novopavlivka directions. The enemy has suffered significant losses: in the Pokrovsk direction, 144 invaders were destroyed, of which 99 are irreversible. Ukrainian forces also destroyed one vehicle, one piece of special equipment, and 15 drones; three vehicles and 10 enemy personnel shelters were affected.

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions

Our military repelled six assault attacks from the invaders. At the same time, the enemy carried out seven airstrikes, dropping 10 guided bombs, and conducted 164 shellings of the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas, six of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.

In the South-Slobozhansk direction

The enemy attempted to storm the positions of our units 28 times in the areas of Vovchansk, Vovchansky Khutory, Tyhyi, Ambarne, Kamianka, Bolohivka, Zaporozhye, Krasny Pershyi, Dovhenke, as well as towards Kolodyazne, Dvorichanske, and Kutikivka. Three clashes are still ongoing.

Active military actions continue on various fronts. Ukrainian forces continue to repel attacks from the invaders and inflict significant losses on them, both in equipment and in personnel. Efforts to defend Ukraine's territory and regain control over important strategic points are ongoing.
