Drone Attack on Dnipro: 12 Injured and One Fatality.
According to inkorr.com: Russian forces attacked the city of Dnipro yesterday using drones. This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military-civil administration, Serhiy Lysak. Local residents were injured as a result of the shelling.
During the attacks, fires broke out in various parts of the city, and the threat of new strikes remains. Doctors have already provided assistance to 12 injured individuals, among whom, unfortunately, one man in critical condition died from his injuries.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized: 'Every strike by the Russians confirms our need to increase pressure and enhance sanctions. Russia must be held accountable for its actions.'
Rapid Response from Rescuers and Military
Rescuers quickly extinguished fires in homes, vehicles, and other objects. Meanwhile, Ukrainian military personnel have recorded an increase in kamikaze drones from Russia and are working on measures to counter this threat.
Deputy Minister of Defense Ivan Havryliuk noted that Russian drones have become more complex and effective, so it is essential to rapidly improve the defense system. Ukrainian forces are developing interceptor drones for effective combat against this threat.
The attacks and fires caused by Russian drones have significantly escalated the situation in eastern Ukraine. Military and rescuers are taking all possible measures to protect the peaceful residents of Dnipro from aggression and are rapidly responding to new challenges.
