Russians attacked rescuers in Kherson: a fire truck was hit.
Drone strike in Kherson
According to inkorr.com: In Kherson, Russian military attacked rescuers who arrived at the shelling site with a drone. As a result, a fire broke out in a multi-story building on the outskirts of the city.
“The fire truck was damaged by debris,” representatives of the management reported.
Fortunately, the rescuers were not injured during this incident. This case occurred during a massive strike by Russian troops on the Poltava region on the night of October 3. According to information from the State Emergency Service, the region was subjected to rocket and drone attacks, and during the elimination of the consequences of the shelling, rescuers found themselves under fire again.
It should be noted that the conflict in eastern Ukraine has already lasted for 1332 days.
Thus, the incident with the drone strike led to the ignition of the building, but, thanks to caution, there were no casualties among the rescuers. Such incidents continue to happen against the backdrop of the prolonged conflict in the region.
This incident highlights the dangers faced by rescuers while performing their duties in combat zones. Despite the constant threats, they continue to risk their lives to save people and eliminate the consequences of enemy attacks.
