According to inkorr.com: The DTEK mine in Dnipropetrovsk has been attacked by Russian troops for the second time in the last two months. This time, there were 496 workers underground during the attack, but all of them were successfully evacuated to the surface unharmed.

It is worth noting that earlier, on October 19, Russian troops also shelled this mine when 192 employees were underground.
Actions of the Ministry of Energy and the Government of Ukraine
The Ministry of Energy explained the reasons for limiting electricity for consumers and clarified the differences between types of disconnections. Possible reasons for breaking the disconnection schedules were also voiced. The Ukrainian government has adopted urgent measures to protect and restore critical infrastructure.
DTEK mines in Dnipropetrovsk region are constantly under threat from ongoing attacks by Russian troops for the past two months. During the last attack, almost five hundred employees were underground, and they were able to get to the surface without harm to their health.
This situation underscores the danger faced not only by mines but also by other critical infrastructure in Ukraine during wartime. The government and relevant authorities continue to seek solutions to protect people and restore the operation of the energy system in the country.
