Russians are attempting to capture Kup'yansk: how the occupiers are using gas pipelines for the breakthrough.
Occupation of the city of Kup'yansk
According to inkorr.com: According to spokesperson of the Operational and Strategic Grouping 'Dnipro' Oleksiy Byelsky, Russian invaders are actively trying to capture the city of Kup'yansk in the Kharkiv region. He noted that although the Russian troops have not yet been able to enter the city, they are using sabotage groups and camouflage tactics to advance deeper.
'Officially, the Russians have not entered the city, but there are sabotage groups here. They are violating the laws of war by using disguise tactics, but this tactic has proven effective,' Byelsky emphasized.
The Russian troops are concentrating their efforts on the northern outskirts of Kup'yansk, trying to penetrate the city. They are also conducting counter-sabotage measures, clearing the surrounding areas of invaders.
'They are trying to concentrate their forces on the northern outskirts of the city to infiltrate it. Many of them are in civilian clothes with forged documents. Unfortunately, many local residents have refused to leave the city and remain there under bombardment,' he said.
Application of gas pipelines by the Russian occupiers
Experts from DeepState reported that the Russian occupiers are using gas pipelines as a route for invasion into Kup'yansk, crossing the Oskil River. For this operation, they are using mobile beds on wheels, and the route to the outskirts of the city takes about four days.
Ukrainian security forces continue active actions in the Dobropil direction, liberating territories from Russian troops. Recently, the 'Azov' unit liberated the village of Pankivka and the surrounding areas.
The conflict in the Kharkiv region is escalating as Russian troops attempt to capture the strategically important city of Kup'yansk, utilizing sabotage groups, camouflage, and counter-sabotage actions. Meanwhile, Ukrainian forces continue the fight for the liberation of their territories, resolutely freeing settlements from occupation.
