Russians shot an unarmed wounded Ukrainian soldier.
The Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, reported that Russians shot a Ukrainian soldier who was unarmed. He also noted that this soldier was probably wounded.
"They recorded it on video, which is circulating on the network. Regarding this case, I am sending a letter to the International Committee of the Red Cross and the UN. This is a violation of the Geneva Conventions, international humanitarian law, and the laws and customs of war," Lubinets wrote.
In the story, Russians approach the soldier who is lying down and answer the question that he is from the Sumy region, after which they shoot him.
Law enforcement officers are investigating 49 criminal cases regarding the murder of 124 Ukrainian prisoners of war. In the Donetsk region, six captured soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were killed.
It was also reported that the captured national guardsmen were shot by the Russians near Selydove.
The Russian troops shot a Ukrainian serviceman who fell into their captivity in the Bakhmut direction. An investigation has begun.

It is worth noting that Russia often returns dismembered bodies of Ukrainian captives to their relatives, likely to hide traces of torture.
