Russia conducted large-scale assaults near Dobropillia: how the Armed Forces of Ukraine repel attacks.
Large-scale attacks by Russian troops on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Dobropillia
According to inkorr.com: Russian troops have intensified attacks on Ukrainian forces' equipment near Dobropillia, launching two large-scale assaults towards the villages of Volodymyrivka and Sofiivka, according to the defense forces. These attacks have become the most significant in that direction in the last six months, as intense drone bombardments from both sides have led to restrictions on the use of equipment in combat, as noted by 'Hlavkom'.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine managed to repel the enemy's attacks and secure new positions for further clearing of occupied territories in the Dobropillia area.
“80% of the enemy are destroyed using drones,” comments the deputy commander of the 82nd Air Assault Brigade, Vladyslav Kaminsky.
As a result of the operation that has lasted several weeks, the defense in Dobropillia has been strengthened, where Ukrainian troops are eliminating areas liberated from the enemy. Russian forces found themselves surrounded; however, the frontline is constantly changing.
“We cut off some sections while the enemy was consolidating reserves and began clearing those areas. They were unable to support their troops with artillery since they reached very far,” explains the commander of the 3rd battalion of the 82nd Air Assault Brigade, Bohdan Burdeliuk.
Thus, the Ukrainian military, despite the active offensives of Russian forces, managed to defend their positions and create favorable conditions for further operations to liberate occupied territories. The use of drones has become an important tool in the fight against enemy equipment.
The situation in this region remains tense, as both sides continue to strengthen their positions. The successful actions of Ukrainian troops are influenced by modern technologies, as drones have become key in fighting the adversary. Events could significantly affect the further development of the conflict, so it is important to monitor the situation in the region.
