According to UATV: On July 14, 2023, Russian occupation forces launched strikes on Kharkiv and the surrounding Kharkiv region, resulting in civilian casualties. In Kharkiv, an FPV drone attack caused an explosion in a multi-story residential building. According to the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, 'the impact was recorded in an apartment on the third floor. The strike sparked a fire, which was quickly contained. The building's facade and window glazing were damaged. A 63-year-old man sustained injuries. At the time of the attack, he was outside near the building. The victim was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds to his right arm.'
Later that same evening, a Russian drone targeted a civilian vehicle in the Bohodukhiv district. On the Zolochiv-Maksymivka highway, near the village of Berezivka, a tragic incident occurred: 'As a result of the impact, a 61-year-old driver died,' the prosecutor's office reported. The driver of a Peugeot car was killed in the attack. These events highlight the ongoing danger to civilians in the region, who continue to suffer the consequences of military hostilities.

Thus, July 14 became another day when Kharkiv and its outskirts were targeted by enemy attacks, resulting in fatalities and injuries among the civilian population.
