Russia uses NATO tactics on the front: what it changes for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russian troops have switched to NATO tactics - Roman Kostenko
According to inkorr.com: In the program 'Tuzov's Course', Roman Kostenko, a serviceman and member of the Parliament's Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence, explained that Russian troops on the front have started using NATO tactics that ensure their success. According to him, the occupiers are trying to break through the front line in small groups and establish themselves between the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
'The Russians use small group tactics to seep in, accumulate, hold defense, and establish themselves. This tactic is quite effective, as there are often gaps in our defense where the enemy can infiltrate,' the MP explained.
'Previously, the Russians advanced with a wide line, breaking through the front with equipment, but now they use a different tactic'
Kostenko also added that Ukrainian forces continue to eliminate Russian occupiers encircled near Dobropillya in the Donetsk region.
During his speech, Roman Kostenko emphasized that the Russian army is implementing new tactics similar to NATO methods on the front, which poses a challenge for Ukrainian forces. Active movement in small groups and constant fortifications have become key strategies for the opponent.
The use of new tactics indicates the enemy's ability to adapt to conditions on the front, complicating the work of Ukrainian forces. An effective response to these changes will require a review of strategies and tactics by Ukrainian forces to ensure reliable defense.
