The occupiers attack Ukraine with drones and aerial bombs

On the night of November 25, 2024 (from 18:30 on November 24), the occupiers are attacking Ukraine with strike drones of the Shahed type and unidentified type drones. During this period, the radio-technical troops of the Air Forces detected and tracked 145 hostile drones.

As of 11:00, the air defense shot down 71 hostile drones in Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions.

Additionally, 71 drones were lost locally, likely due to the countermeasures of the Armed Forces' electronic warfare, while another drone flew towards Belarus, representatives of the Air Forces noted.

Repeat strikes with drones and X-59/69 missiles

Also, during the day on November 24, 2024, from 10:00 to 17:30, the enemy launched repeat strikes using various types of drones, guided aerial bombs, and guided aerial missiles X-59/69.

Military officials explained that the enemy has changed tactics, so the format of information about the results of air defense operations may change. Previously, attacks were only carried out at night, but now the occupiers are using strike drones during the day.

Russian troops attack Kharkiv and Odesa

In Kharkiv, Russian troops struck the Kyiv district in the morning of November 25. At 10:18 it became known that the strike was likely carried out using an S-400 missile, and 19 people were injured. According to preliminary estimates, 41 houses were damaged, Tereshkov added.

In Odesa, there was also an explosion. Residents are urged to stay in shelters. The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleg Kiper, reported that the Russians launched a missile attack on the center of Odesa. Civilian structures were affected, including residential buildings.

As a result of the attack in Odesa on November 18, 54 people were injured, including 7 police officers. Among the injured are 5 children aged 7 to 11 years and 27 law enforcement officers.
